Located in the heart of Bristol, Fusion Tower provides bed spaces for 480 students. Originally a multi-tenanted office building with integral car parking, Fusion Tower has been transformed into a contemporary residential building including a cinema room, gym, games room and breakout areas. The Fusion Tower building has achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ grading through the high standards of the design following upgrades to the front of the building, including the installation of photovoltaic panels and planned future connection to the Bristol District heating plant.Continue Reading
